AIRBNB CLEANING

Our Airbnb Service is a full service and includes laundry, dishes, and organizing. Options may be added or removed on request. We offer maintenance cleanings daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or any other preferred time frame you may have. We adhere to Airbnb's strict guidelines to room servicing and restocking. We also do not lock people or businesses into unnecessary contracts.

 

Our Airbnb Cleaning Service includes:

Room Cleaning:

 

• Dusting of picture frames, shelves, knickknacks, furniture, baseboards, lamps, ceiling fans, blinds, and woodwork

• Removal of all cobwebs

• Clean window sills, ledges, doorframes, and doors

• Cleaning of glass surfaces, interior and exterior glass on doors, and mirrors

• Vacuum all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs (as well as trim every room and space with the vacuum wand)

• Mop all floors (scrub any hard to get spots with a scrub brush)

• Remove trash and replace the bags

• Make the beds (will change sheets if sitting)

• Clean under beds

• Cleaning of baseboards & interior doors including duvets

• Interior window cleaning (if accessible, inside only)

• Cabinets exterior (interior shelf by shelf)

• Vacuum upholstered furniture (including under cushions)

• Organizing as we go along

• Clean & vacuum fireplace

• Wipe down outlets and switches

• Clean & polish any wood

 

 

Bathroom cleaning:

 

• All mirrors and countertops

• Door frames and doors (including duvet)

• Water marks on shower doors

• Outside and bottom of toilet

• Clean & polish all cabinets

• Clean outlets and light switches

• Scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, and sinks

• Clean glass surfaces and mirrors

• Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes, and toilets

• Wash entire floors and corners

• Clean interior of shelves and cabinets

• Clean baseboards

• Scrub the toilet

• Wipe down outlets and switches

• Empty the trash and replace liner

 

 

Kitchen cleaning:

 

• Disinfect and clean countertops and backsplashes

• Scrub and sanitize the sinks

• Disinfect and polish taps

• Clean and polish the exterior of stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other small appliances

• Refrigerator cleaning (shelf by shelf)

• Wipe microwave oven inside and out

• Clean and disinfect dining table tops

• Cleaning of outside surface of range hood

• Hood exhaust fan over oven (clean filter)

• Doors and door frames (includes duvets)

• Oven cleaning (interior)

• Cleaning of broiler pan

• Remove trash and replace liner

• Wipe down trashcans

• Remove all fingerprints and smudges from walls

• Baseboards

• Ceiling fans (if reachable)

• Windows  and sills (interior, only if reachable)

• Vacuum and mop floors

• Wipe down outlets and switches

• Cleaning of blinds

 

 

Laundry Room:

 

• Move washer/dryer to vacuum behind

• Vacuuming and mopping of floors

• Clean inside and outside of washer and dryer

• clean interior shelve and cabinets

 

 

Vents

 

• Dusting & vacuuming of vents (where reachable)

 

Damage Notification

• Unfortunately, damages are a part of being an Airbnb host. However, the sooner you know about them the better. For one, you do not want a bad complaint to come from missed damages and you also do not want the damage to spread and cost you even more money. Along with our Airbnb cleaning services our crews will be on the lookout for any damages of which they will report to the company that will then report them to you.
